60-Day Ritual Trial
We offer a 60-day ritual trial, which means you can use the product as intended and experience it fully at home.
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. Returns are free of charge.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@fragrance-touch.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product may be used as part of your personal trial
- It must be returned clean and in good condition
- It must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse
- It should be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows clear signs of improper use.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
This right is independent of and in addition to our 60-day ritual trial.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
